Client: Julia
Topic: Recently divorced, looking for a new relationship. Feeling challenged to move on. Fear of losing herself. Afraid of the pain again of committing to a relationship and the other person doesn’t. Fear of going through the same pain again.
Session: Fear of uncertainty. Don’t know where I’m going. Asking herself who am I? Difficult emotions identified in her heart. She found someone inside the emotion and healing took place when she embraced the person with compassion.
Outcome: Feeling good and liberated. Ready to move on. I want to fly!
