Module 1
Constant multitasking forces us to try to manage our work/life balance while our brain is only capable of working sequentially. Learning to manage this persistent demand on the brain can reduce stress.
Attention Control
Module 2
Practicing attention control through mindfulness meditation and increased self-awareness about internal states helps you learn how to dissociate from emotional and mental distractions.
Peak State
Module 3
We aim to reach the state where we perform at peak experience, feeling joy and fulfillment in what we do and who we are. Then we practice being able to pull that state up whenever you wish.
Conflict Resolution
Module 4
Learn how to deal with inner conflicts such as inner critics and emotional challenge through inner dialogue and visualization.
Vision & Action Plan
Module 5
Create desirable future vision through visualization, identify important values and resources, and identify action steps to create momentum toward the vision.
