Client: Mona
Topic: Healing pain from family situations since childhood.
Session: Recently had an incident that triggered childhood pain from abusive environment in the family, which caused her to feel rejected, inferior, unimportant, unsafe, insecure, and small. She remembered herself when she was 7 years old who was feeling trapped in the body and missing home where she came from. This little girl needed safety and protection. Healing took place when the little girl reconnected with her soul.
Outcome: The pain is gone. Feeling impervious and courageous.
